VISIONE is a system for fast and effective video search on a large-scale dataset, developed by Giuseppe Amato, Paolo Bolettieri, Fabio Carrara, Fabrizio Falchi, Claudio Gennaro, Nicola Messina, Lucia Vadicamo, and Claudio Vairo, from the AIMH laboratory of CNR-ISTI.

In the recently concluded Video Browser Showdown (VBS2024) — an international competition in interactive video retrieval- VISIONE ranked first and was awarded as the best system in 4 out of 7 tasks (https://videobrowsershowdown.org/hall-of-fame/)
